First Organization¶
SaaS Set up your organization in SentriKat.
Time: ~3 minutes
What's an Organization?¶
An organization in SentriKat is an isolated workspace. All agents, products, vulnerabilities, and reports belong to one organization.
Your account comes with one organization, pre-created with your company name. You can rename it and change its settings.
Configure Your Organization¶
Open Organizations in the sidebar and click your organization. A panel opens with four tabs.
Basic Info¶
| Field | What to set |
|---|---|
| Organization Name | Your company or team name. Appears in reports and notifications |
| Display Name | A shorter name for the interface, if the full one is long |
| Description | A brief note (optional) |
| Notification Emails | Who receives organization-level alerts |
| Active | Whether the organization is in use |
Click Save when done.
SMTP, Alert Settings and Webhooks¶
The other three tabs configure where alerts go: your own mail server, which alerts are on, and outbound webhooks to Slack, Teams, Discord or a custom endpoint.
Alerts are configured per organization, not per user. See Alerts.
Your Plan Limits¶
| Plan | Agents | Users |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 3 | 1 |
| Starter | 10 | 3 |
| Pro | 25 | 5 |
| Business | 50 | 10 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom |

One Organization Per Account¶
On SentriKat Cloud, additional organizations are not created from inside the application: the account holds one organization and the request to add another is refused.
If you manage several clients or business units and need one workspace each, write to [email protected]. Multi-organization accounts are set up for you.
On self-hosted SentriKat there is no such limit: a platform administrator creates as many organizations as needed. See Organizations.
